We are looking for a motivated legal professional to reinforce our team and pursue our organisation’s consolidation.
Functie :
You will be joining a young, dynamic, enthusiastic team and, with the assistance of the existing team members, will quickly be given a great deal of responsibility.
Together with the team you will contribute to the growth of our business, by undertaking commercial activities so as to build and maintain our network of clients and potential clients.
You will participate in preparing and implementing commercial strategy.
You will actively manage a portfolio of key clients and you are the first point of contact for those clients.
For your key accounts, you will actively follow up on the selection procedure(s). You will interview the candidates and draft the interview reports for our clients. You actively and regularly consult with your client on the status of the selection procedure.
You will assist clients and candidates in closing the selection process.
You will also work in conjunction with the other USG People organisations to develop common initiatives and synergies.
You are actively involved in the strategy and development of the organisation.
You will report to the General Manager.
Gezocht profiel :
You hold a Master of Laws degree.
You have a minimum of 3 years’ (international) experience as a lawyer or have worked as an in-house legal counsel. Experience in an HR environment (recruitment and selection firms, HR consultancy, etc.) and sales experience are considered a distinct advantage.
You have strong networking and client-development abilities.
You have a large network of relationships in the legal world and you know how to maintain and expand this relations network.
You are strong in communication, assertive and possess great persuasive strength.
You have a character that is directed towards others and you are sociable in your human relations.
You have a strong personality, you have great openness of mind and you listen to others.
You are punctual and know how to manage stressful situations.
You have a no-nonsense attitude and a good sense of humour.
You are fluent in Dutch and French. You have an excellent knowledge of English.
You are thoroughly familiar with the most usual software programs and know how to use them.
