You will join the Corporate practice department. This department offers Belgian and international clients a combination of in-depth knowledge of the local market with the reach and expertise of a global legal practice.
The team draws on its considerable expertise across M&A, joint ventures, private equity, equity capital markets, restructurings and advisory work such as corporate governance to provide innovative and cost effective solutions.
Lawyers working in the corporate department often work together in multi-disciplinary teams with people from other departments.
You will help clients to achieve their objectives by providing practical legal assistance and advice in long-term professional relationships. You are creative and solution-driven. With your excellent commercial and legal skills you will provide an added value to clients in a pro-active and ‘can do’ manner.
Gezocht profiel :
You have obtained a Belgian Master in law. As a student, you obtained outstanding results.
You have 4 or 5 years experience as a lawyer in a Corporate Department.
You are a native French with an excellent command of the other language and English.
You like to work in a team, but you are able to work independently at the same time.
You have excellent communication skills.
