Lawyer with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in all areas of Public Law. Mother tongue is Dutch, excellent in French and English.

Our client is a well-established, dynamic and fast-growing Belgian law firm. It is an independent full-service business law firm. The firm also works with top law firms in other jurisdictions on a case-by-case basis to handle cross-border transactions and other matters.
Our client is specialized in a wide range of disciplines and its lawyers work together in an integrated manner. Young associates are encouraged to build up a broad experience; senior associates are stimulated to actively participate in business development.
Our client is currently seeking to strengthen its Brussels team with a Partner specialized in Public Law.

Fonction :

You will handle matters with respect to the different fields of public law (PPP, real estate, environmental law, administrative law …).
Furthermore, you will be responsible for the further growth and development of the public law group in the firm. In doing so, you will work independently, but with the assistance of the existing network of the firm.
You will manage and coordinate other members of the team.

Profil recherché :

You are a Belgian-qualified lawyer, with minimum 10 years of experience in public law. Your mother tongue is Dutch with an excellent knowledge of French and English.
You have excellent technical skills and are able to work independently. You feel comfortable in leading and coordinating a team.
In addition, your outstanding commercial skills reflect themselves in a pragmatic approach of business development, in a proactive and very hands-on attitude. You are a “do-er”.
You are very client-oriented and are able to build and develop long-lasting commercial relationships. You have a substantial “portable business”.
