Our client is the Belgian branch of the well-esteemed Dutch law firm Holland Van Gijzen. It was recently established as a new law firm in Belgium. The team consists of 135 professionals in Belgium and the Netherlands. In Belgium the law firm counts 26 lawyers. Our client offers legal expertise in the domains of Corporate and Commercial law, M&A/Transaction law, Banking & Financial law and Competition & EU-law.
In order to face its growing legal services business, our client is currently looking for a Lawyer Commercial Law (m/f).
Fonction :
Lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience with commercial law, more specifically with commercial contracts and litigation. Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
As a lawyer commercial law, you will be dealing with a broad range of cases for national and international clients within various industries.
You will be involved in matters of commercial law in the broad sense while the emphasis of your work will be on reviewing, drafting and negotiating of different types of commercial contracts and you will be involved in commercial litigation.
Occasionally, you will be asked for advice on corporate matters and proceedings.
Profil recherché :
You hold a Master degree in Law, obtained with excellent results;
You have 2 to 5 years of experience with commercial law, more specifically with commercial contracts and commercial litigation, gained in a reputable law firm;
You are client focused, hands-on, dynamic and stress resistant and you have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
