Fonction :

The Belgium Banking, Finance & Capital Markets team consists of 9 specialised lawyers based in the Antwerp and Brussels offices.

This leading practice offers a complete banking & finance service and a comprehensive, cross-border capability, in conjunction with our client’s other international offices.

As a Professional Support Lawyer, you will monitor and analyse legal developments and communicate those to members of the firm and external clients (for example through briefings and bulletins).

You will also design internal and external training on legal developments.

You will develop, implement and monitor know-how projects in the team.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for the development, update and management of documents (for example standard documents and agreements).

You will report to the senior associate or partner responsible for the know-how of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets department. Moreover, you will be part of the know-how team who reports to the general know-how responsible partner.

Profil recherché :

You obtained a Master in law in Belgium.

You have at least 3 years of experience as a lawyer, legal counsel or PSL.. Experience in banking, financial or capital markets law is a definite advantage.

You have a good working knowledge of English and French and/or Dutch.

You are dynamic and willing to take initiatives. You have an outgoing approach. You are willing to communicate and manage projects and you have strong organisational skills.
