Chaque année, le magazine juridique "Revue pratique des sociétés" décerne un prix pour récompenser le meilleur travail de fin d'études en droit des sociétés, droit financier ou droit fiscal des sociétés à un étudiant d'une université belge. Cette année, le jury a décidé de remettre le prix, d'une valeur de 1.500 euros, à Edith Weemaels, avocate chez NautaDutilh, pour son mémoire consacré à la responsabilité des agences de notation. Le prix comprend également sa publication.
Anne Tilleux a été nommée Associate Partner chez NautaDutilh à Bruxelles avec effet au 1er janvier 2012. Elle est spécialisée dans un large éventail de travaux relatifs aux sociétés, y compris les fusions et acquisitions et les questions de gouvernance d'entreprise.

On 8 January 2012, an act implementing Directive 2009/109/EC (the "Directive") was adopted by the Belgian Parliament (the "Act"). The Act entered into force on 18 January 2012. The Act was adopted in response to the European Commission's comments that some of Belgium's reporting and documentation requirements for mergers and divisions were outdated and excessive; the purpose of the Act is to reduce the administrative burden in this regard.
