Karolien Eeckhoudt joined the Vialegis team in January 2016.
In 2007, Karolien graduated from Leuven University. During her studies, she spent one semester at the University of Bordeaux as part of the Erasmus exchange programme and did a summer internship at law firm Claeys & Engels in Brussels. In 2008, she obtained a special Master's degree in social law from the University of Brussels (ULB).
After graduating, Karolien started working as a lawyer at the Leuven Bar and joined the firm Nelissen Grade. In 2012 she joined Curia's employment law team.
From her experience as a lawyer specialised in social law, she developed a keen interest in Human Resources. The human aspect of the job and cooperating with her colleagues and clients was very rewarding for her. With this in mind, Karolien decided to change directions in her career path. In January 2016, she started working as a consultant with Vialegis.
