Holmes Kirby welcomes Mrs Miriam Driessen-Reilly as a Partner

The Brussels law firm Holmes Kirby, founded in May 2013 by litigation specialists Kris Wagner and Mehdi Mellah, has recently welcomed Miriam Driessen-Reilly as a Partner. Miriam, an experienced Solicitor and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London), brings expertise both in EU Competition and Regulatory law and Commercial Arbitration (domestic and international). She joins the firm after having worked with the European Commission’s DG Competition for more than eight years and previously in-house at the Legal Department of DG Information Society & Media (Contracts, IPR, Public Procurement), having previously practiced both in Brussels and Dublin. Holmes Kirby is delighted that it will now benefit from the addition of Ms Driessen-Reilly’s impressive legal expertise and the experience she now brings to the firm.

With this latest addition and the hire of Prof. em. Hugo Vandenberghe as Of-Counsel earlier in 2015 and Steve Griess as a Partner in 2014, Holmes Kirby has considerably expanded its capabilities to offer market-leading services in commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation.
