Osborne Clarke's Brussels office expands its Real Estate practice with new Partner hire

International legal practice, Osborne Clarke has hired Christine Flion as a Partner in its Brussels office to deepen its Real Estate practice.

Christine focuses on all aspects of Belgian and foreign real estate investment transactions and real estate finance. She regularly acts for national and international companies, advising on and assisting in the negotiations and drafting of contracts from sale to purchase as well as rights in rem, joint ventures, real estate certificates and leases. She also has extensive experience in real estate disputes, development projects, and town and environment planning.

Christine was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 1987, and more recently to the Paris Bar in 2013. She is member of the Brussels Chamber of Commerce and the International Facility Management Association.

Recently, Christine has developed a new initiative for EU Legal & Public Affairs, Legal Monitoring and Lobbying with the EU Institutions in the Smart Cities, ICT and Life Sciences sectors.

Christine joins Osborne Clarke from Taylor Wessing's Brussels office, where she has been Managing Partner for the last six years.
