- You advise various internal departments to support business needs related to projects, while complying with legal requirements.
- You are responsible for legal review and drafting of lease and various commercial contracts.
- You handle litigation files and complaints from 3rd parties: consumer organizations, official authorities, and customers.
- You handle corporate related matters for Orange Belgium and its affiliates.
- You interact daily with a.o. Orange Belgium internal departments, lawyers, bailiffs, consumer organizations, official authorities, mediation services, economics affairs (to handle complaints or defend Orange Belgium’s interests).
- You have a Belgian master’s degree in law.
- You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience preferably gained within a law firm or in a legal department.
- You are a generalist and have experience in corporate and commercial law.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French and capable of working and drafting in English.
- You have good analytical and drafting skills.
- You can work autonomously, and you are proactive.
- You are an excellent team player.
- You are pragmatic.
- You have great interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills, and you are able to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
