Senior Associate HR Tax

To deliver on its ambitions and current growth Tiberghien is currently looking for a Senior Associate to join its HR TAX team! 

Tiberghien is looking for motivated people who are eager to learn in a stimulating environment.

The HR Tax team advises its clients on all tax aspects of remuneration and benefits for employees and directors and this in a generally international context. We examine which forms of remuneration are most appropriate within the company's HR policy and how remuneration in general can be further optimised. 

• As a tax lawyer, you give high-quality and structured advice, provide customised guidance and work out comprehensive solutions.
• To this end, you thoroughly analyse your files and the applicable legislation and are in close contact with clients.
• You represent Tiberghien by attending various events, by contributing to newsletters and publications and by contributing to external client seminars.
• You ensure that your professional knowledge is always up to date by actively participating in internal or external professional groups, training courses and seminars.

• You have a master's degree in law and an additional degree in taxation. 
• You have a solid experience in Global Mobility, international employment and other HR Tax related matters.
• You are Dutch or French-speaking with a good knowledge of the other national language as well as English. 
• You are customer-oriented, accurate and able to provide thorough analysis and practical solutions.
• You are a real team player with strong communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
• You are sociable and inspire confidence in clients.
• You are eager to learn, creative, persistent and discrete.
